Finance Analyst

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Swift Cold Chain Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to work with large datasets to provide actionable insights to management.

Qualifications

MBA in Finance (Completed)/ Bachelors Degree
2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, or Financial Analysis

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, and profitability trends.
Track key financial metrics and prepare management reports.
Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
Support financial planning and business growth initiatives.

MIS & Business Analytics

Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Develop financial dashboards and performance reports.
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Accounts & Reconciliation

Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Compliance & Audit Support

Assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collaborate with operations, HR, and other departments for financial data collection.
Support management with financial modeling and decision-making.
Assist in cost control and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Formulas, Data Analysis).
Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
