Key Responsibilities
1. Facility & Infrastructure Management
- Supervise daily plant facilities including housekeeping, security, canteen services, logistic and ensure the safety of all employees.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the factory building, utilities, and office infrastructure, PPM, PM.
- Manage vendor contracts and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) renewals for equipment like generators, UPS, Electrical panels, HVAC and CCTV systems, Firefighting equipment’s, etc.
- Ensure proper storage and encloser of hazardous items, cylinders and chemicals with proper inventory.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for facility-related goods and services.
2. Legal & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to local labour laws and factory regulations (e.g., maintaining Factory Licenses, Form 27, Form BB, all registers, safety notifications, etc.).
- Coordinate with local and state regulatory authorities, such as the Pollution Control Board (MPCB), MIDC, and fire departments.
- Monitor vendor and contractor compliance regarding minimum wages, PF/ESI, and safety norms.
3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Implement workplace safety protocols and conduct regular safety audits and training (fire drills, first aid).
- Maintain safety registers and coordinate annual employee health checkups as mandated by the Factories Act.
- Support Environmental Compliance initiatives, including hazardous waste management and emissions monitoring.
4. Contract Labor & Personnel Management
- Manage the onboarding, daily attendance tracking, and deployment of contractual manpower.
- Address grievances, maintain harmonious industrial relations, and promote a productive work culture.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and shift transport.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
