Brothers Advertising is a leading advertising, branding, and printing company specializing in flex printing, signage, offset printing, digital printing, and promotional materials. We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer / DTP Operator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Design flex banners, hoardings, posters, flyers, brochures, visiting cards, and other print media.
- Create social media posts and digital marketing creatives.
- Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing.
- Operate and manage DTP work for customer requirements.
- Edit and retouch images as required.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate printing output.
- Handle multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
- Maintain design quality and brand consistency.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of print production and color management.
- Experience in flex printing, signage, and advertising designs.
- Basic knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, and English typing preferred.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Designing or DTP Operations.
- Freshers with strong design skills may also apply.
- Experience in a printing press, advertising agency, or signage industry is an advantage.
