Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester (QA Engineer) to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications including club management ERP, workflow systems, and mobile apps.
You will work closely with developers, product managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Testing & Quality Assurance
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scenarios
Perform:
Functional Testing
Regression Testing
Integration Testing
UAT Support
Validate end-to-end workflows.
2. Product Testing (IRCA Systems)
Test modules like:
Membership Management
Booking Systems (SPA, Sports, Rooms)
Billing & Payment Gateway
Inventory & Accounts
Ensure seamless functionality across:
Web applications
Mobile apps (Android/iOS)
3. Bug Tracking & Reporting
Identify, log, and track defects using tools (internal tracker)
Work with dev team to:
Reproduce bugs
Validate fixes
Ensure closure
4. Automation (Preferred)
Develop and maintain automation scripts
Improve regression cycle efficiency
5. API & Database Testing
Validate APIs using tools like Postman
Perform basic SQL queries for backend validation
6. Performance & Usability
Ensure:
System stability under load
User-friendly workflows
Cross-browser compatibility
Required SkillsTechnical Skills
Strong understanding of:
SDLC & STLC
Manual testing concepts
Experience with:
Web & mobile testing
API testing (Postman)
Bug tracking tools
Basic knowledge of:
SQL
Automation tools (Selenium is a plus)
Preferred Skills
Experience with ERP / CRM / SaaS platforms
Understanding of:
Workflow-based systems

Exposure to:
