Storyboard Artist

Job Description:

FlashyVideos is seeking a talented and experienced Storyboard Artist to join our team. As a Storyboard Artist, you will be responsible for designing engaging and visually compelling storyboards for our clients' explainer videos using Adobe Illustrator. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and design storyboards for explainer videos based on client requirements.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create detailed and accurate illustrations that communicate the visual narrative of the video.
Design the storyboard in Vyond and animate the storyboard that is designed in Vyond, if possible.
Hands-on experience in video editing using Camtasia is a plus.
Work with the animation team to ensure that the storyboard translates seamlessly into the final product.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to present and explain the storyboard design.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in animation and design.

Requirements:

Prior experience as a storyboard artist, preferably in the explainer video industry.
Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software.
Experience in designing storyboards in Vyond and animating them, if possible.
Hands-on experience in video editing using Camtasia is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A portfolio showcasing previous storyboard design work.
