Position: Personal Support Staff to CEO
Department: Administration
Location: New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, disciplined, and service-oriented individual to provide day-to-day support to the CEO and assist in maintaining a professional office environment. The role involves personal assistance, office coordination, hospitality support, document handling, and ensuring smooth daily operations around the CEO's workspace.

Key ResponsibilitiesCEO Support

Assist the CEO with day-to-day office requirements.
Carry and manage files, documents, laptop bags, and other office materials during meetings and travel.
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared before scheduled discussions.
Arrange water, tea, coffee, and hospitality requirements for visitors and meetings.
Coordinate basic errands and support tasks as directed by the CEO.

Office Environment & Upkeep

Ensure the CEO's cabin, meeting rooms, and common office areas remain clean, organized, and presentable.
Monitor housekeeping requirements and coordinate with housekeeping staff when necessary.
Ensure office supplies are adequately stocked and available.
Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of office furniture and equipment.

Administrative Assistance

Deliver and collect documents within departments.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, printing, and filing documents.
Support basic record maintenance and document organization.
Coordinate courier dispatches and receipt of deliveries.

Travel & Logistics Support

Assist with local travel arrangements when required.
Coordinate vehicle requirements and movement schedules.
Support luggage and material handling during official visits and events.

General Support

Assist visitors and guests arriving at the office.
Support company events, meetings, and management visits.
Undertake any other support responsibilities assigned by management.

Educational Qualification

Minimum 12th Pass.
Graduate candidates may also apply.

Experience

0–5 years of experience in Office Support, Attendant, Office Assistant, Hospitality, Administration, or similar roles.
Freshers with a professional attitude may also be considered.

Good interpersonal skills.

Functional Skills

Basic understanding of office etiquette.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Compensation

Salary up to ₹35,000 per month depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
