Sr Software Engineer / Technical Lead – Java Full Stack

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Java Full Stack Professional with strong expertise in backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing scalable enterprise applications, developing RESTful services, and working with modern UI technologies.

The role requires ownership, technical problem-solving ability, and experience working in a fast-paced product engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities Backend Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build secure and high-performance REST APIs and Microservices.
Implement business logic, workflows, and enterprise-grade integrations.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

Frontend Development

Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Work on frontend technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, JSS, HTML5, and CSS3.
Collaborate with UI/UX teams for seamless user experience implementation.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design standards.

Database & System Management

Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
Work with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
Perform query optimization and database performance tuning.
Ensure data security and integrity across applications.

Leadership Responsibilities (Lead Role)

Mentor and guide junior developers and engineering teams.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams for successful delivery.
Drive Agile development practices and sprint planning.
