Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible, well-organized and experienced Residence Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of the domestic staff at company owner's residences.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising approximately 10–15 maids, servants and other household support staff, ensuring that all household activities are properly planned, coordinated and completed on time.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trustworthy, disciplined and capable of managing multiple people and household requirements efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesDomestic Staff Management

Supervise and manage 10–15 maids, servants and household staff.
Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to each staff member.
Prepare and manage staff daily/weekly work schedules.
Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and work quality.
Manage staff leave, replacements and manpower requirements.
Ensure adequate staff availability at all times.

Household Operations

Coordinate and monitor all day-to-day household activities.
Maintain a proper schedule for cleaning, housekeeping, laundry, kitchen support and other domestic activities.
Ensure the residence is properly maintained and all assigned work is completed on time.
Identify daily, weekly and monthly household requirements.
Prepare requirement lists and ensure timely availability of necessary household supplies.

Inventory & Supplies

Monitor household consumables, cleaning materials and other regular requirements.
Maintain proper stock levels.
Coordinate purchasing/replenishment of required items.
Ensure there is no shortage of essential household supplies.
Maintain basic records of purchases and consumption.

Staff Coordination & Discipline

Handle staff scheduling, leave planning and replacements.
Resolve routine staff-related issues.
Ensure staff follow assigned duties and household protocols.
Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
Report important issues or staff concerns to management promptly.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–4 years of experience in residence supervision, housekeeping supervision, hospitality, domestic staff management or a similar role.
Experience managing multiple domestic/household staff is highly preferred.
Excellent manpower coordination and people-management skills.
Strong organizational and planning ability.
Should be comfortable maintaining daily, weekly and monthly schedules.
Should have good knowledge of household requirements and inventory management.
Should be trustworthy, responsible, disciplined and well-mannered.
Ability to handle staff leave, replacements and work allocation independently.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with experience managing large private residences, guest houses, villas, hotels or senior management residences will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who can take complete responsibility for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the residence and effectively manage 10–15 domestic staff without requiring constant supervision from the owner/management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
