Healthcare Patient Coordinator (Onsite – Kolkata)

 Kolkata, India (Onsite)

Salary: 22,000- 40,000 INR/Month

Full-time | U.S. Business Hours

We are hiring Healthcare Patient Coordinators to support U.S.-based medical clinics.

This is a stable, long-term role working directly with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and clinic operations.

Job Role:

Handle patient calls for appointment scheduling and support
Verify insurance benefits (VOB)
Work with EMR systems
Assist with prescription and admin workflows

Requirements:

Experience in a clinic, hospital, or medical office (preferred)
OR strong customer service experience (training provided)
English B2+ (required)
Comfortable working onsite
