Location & Flexibility

India Hybrid: Noida/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Gurgaon

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

What you bring:

Deep hands-on experience configuring AI agents/assistants to perform complex multi-step tasks - any platform (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, custom agents, etc.)
Clear mental model of agent architecture: when to use persistent instructions vs. on-demand context vs. tool integrations vs. multi-agent patterns
Ability to evaluate what's a real standard vs. what's vendor lock-in - you build for portability
Bias toward shipping. You get things working, then refine.
Comfortable teaching and enabling other engineers who are newer to AI tooling
Enough software engineering foundation to understand the systems you're automating against (you don't need to be a Java expert, but you need to read code and understand test coverage)

Nice to have:

Experience with test automation frameworks (REST Assured, Karate, Selenium, etc.)
Java/Spring Boot familiarity
Experience scaling practices or tooling across multiple teams
What success looks like (first 90 days):
Agent-driven test generation producing real, mergeable tests for at least 2 services
Documented patterns (steering, skills, context strategies) that other teams can adopt without hand-holding
Clear data on coverage gains vs. credit spend
A backlog of "what's next" opportunities beyond testing
