Join our Team

About this opportunity:

Responsible for day-to-day VAS operations and maintaining service availability for VAS nodes. Own alarm handling, hardware/software/configuration troubleshooting, node configurations for VAS domains, and emergency/outage response. Provide L2/L3 support, coordinate with vendors and global customers, and perform root-cause analysis across network, server, storage and application layers.

What you will do:

Support PCRF, CGF, UPCC, SAPC, WAPGW, Video Optimization (vMSE), DPI, SMSC/MMSC, Voicemail, MSP and probe elements.
Troubleshoot network (TCP/IP, Diameter, HTTP, SCTP, MAP, etc.), server (Linux, Solaris) and storage issues (HP blades, EMC, HDS, E9000).
Administer and troubleshoot F5 load balancer, DNS and AAA services.
Use shell and Python scripts to automate diagnostics and repeatable tasks.
Coordinate with vendors and global customers; create incident reports and knowledge articles.
Validate upgrades and configuration changes in lab and production; participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.

The skills you bring:

OS: Linux, Solaris
Strong TCP/IP and protocol knowledge (Diameter, HTTP, SCTP, MAP, TCP/UDP, DNS, SNMP)
Practical experience with PCRF, UPCC, CGF, SAPC, WAPGW and DPI probes
F5 load balancer operational knowledge
Strong communication skills for customer-facing support

Experience and Education

4–6 years relevant experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
