The Role
As a Process Engineer Level II with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
- Manage process engineering services that meet Worley', its customers' and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications, on time and within budget.
- Manage process engineering project requirements.
- Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards.
- Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations.
- Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and - procedures.
- Manage own time to meet objectives and forecast and plan resource requirements.
- Proactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and its Customer's requirements.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and technical innovations in process engineering.
- Assist and support junior personnel within the process engineering team.
- Communicate effectively with the process engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Customer.
- Identify issues and problems, develop appropriate solutions, and ask for assistance when required.
- Interface with all disciplines to develop clash-free designs.
- Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Technical and Industry Experience.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in Process design Chemicals, Onshore / Refinery projects.
- Experience in multi-disciplinary projects and teams.
- Developing skills in design software.
- Competent use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite / Hysys, Flarenet, HTRI
- Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training Required:
- A recognized Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent.
Preferred: A recognized Degree in the Chemical Engineering discipline or equivalent.
