Description:

Freshers are welcome for a career start in sales and education. You'll connect with parents, understand needs, and guide them through our offerings, including calls, meetings, demos, and meeting sales targets. A basic understanding of education concepts and our curriculum is required for effectively communicating benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Initiate outbound calls to parents to introduce our educational services and schedule meetings.

2. Conduct meetings with parents to understand their requirements, explain our teaching methodology, and showcase the benefits of personalized tuition.

3. Coordinate and arrange demo classes for interested parents to provide them with a firsthand experience of our teaching approach.

4. Engage in cold calling activities to generate leads and expand our client base.

5. Utilize effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

6. Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and prospective clients in our CRM system.

7. Stay updated on educational trends, curriculum changes, and competitor offerings to effectively address client inquiries and objections.

8. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

9. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, customer preferences, and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, BE/B.Tec, or any equivalent.

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.( Freshers are also encouraged to apply).

3.Candidates should be able to speakMalayalam and English.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with parents.

5. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Basic understanding of education concepts and curriculum.

8. Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a commission-based salary structure with the opportunity for advancement. Successful candidates who consistently meet or exceed sales targets for three consecutive months will be eligible for a transition to a fixed salary, along with additional performance incentives and benefits.
