Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹17,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide a welcoming experience to visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. The ideal candidate should have an excellent personality, good communication skills, and a professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the reception/front desk and greet visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the concerned department/person.
Maintain visitor records and front-office documentation.
Coordinate with different departments for visitors, meetings, and appointments.
Receive and manage courier, letters, and other office documents.
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
Assist in basic administrative and office coordination activities.
Handle routine enquiries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Receptionist, Front Office, Admin, or similar role preferred. Freshers with a good personality and communication skills can also apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant, confident, and professional personality.
Good knowledge of MS Office / basic computer operations.
Good Hindi and English communication skills.
Well-groomed and presentable.
Polite, punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks professionally.
