Position: Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) Sales Executive / Sales Manager

Job Purpose
To develop and grow sales of Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) and related hospital medical-gas equipment by identifying hospital projects, consultants, contractors, dealers and government opportunities, preparing quotations, coordinating technical proposals, and closing orders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Identify new hospital, nursing home and healthcare projects.
- Develop relationships with hospital management, purchase departments, biomedical engineers, consultants, architects and MEP contractors.
- Generate leads through hospital visits, project tracking, references and networking.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of upcoming MGPS projects.
2. MGPS Sales
Promote and sell:
- Medical Gas Pipeline Systems
- Medical oxygen, medical air and vacuum systems
- Manifolds and automatic changeover systems
- Medical gas outlets
- Bed-head panels
- Zone valve boxes
- Alarm systems
- Medical gas control panels
- Oxygen plants / PSA systems where applicable
- Medical gas compressors and vacuum pumps
- Related accessories and installation services
3. Project Sales
- Study hospital drawings, BOQ and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical team for MGPS design, BOQ and quotation preparation.
- Visit project sites and understand gas requirements and pipeline routes.
- Follow projects from enquiry → quotation → negotiation → purchase order → installation → completion.
- Monitor competitor pricing and specifications.
4. Consultant & Contractor Management
- Develop relationships with MGPS consultants, MEP consultants, architects and EPC contractors.
- Get the company's products specified in project tender documents.
- Conduct product presentations and technical meetings.
- Handle technical and commercial queries.
5. Government & Institutional Business
- Track government hospital tenders and healthcare projects.
- Coordinate tender documentation and submission.
- Develop relationships with government hospitals and procurement departments.
- Follow up on government purchase orders and supply requirements.
6. Customer Follow-up
- Regularly visit existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain CRM/customer records.
- Follow up on quotations and pending payments.
- Develop repeat business and annual maintenance opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Sales/Marketing, or a related field.
- Engineering qualification is preferred.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in medical equipment, MGPS, hospital projects, HVAC/MEP, medical gases or similar technical sales.
- Candidates with existing relationships with hospitals and MGPS consultants will be preferred.
- Experience in hospital project sales is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge Preferred

- MGPS BOQ and drawings
Knowledge of HTM 02-01, NFPA 99, ISO 7396-1 and applicable Indian standards will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹14,349.84 - ₹57,089.45 per month
