Job Summary
We are hiring a MIS Executive (Fresher) for our Stock Broking & Wealth Management company in Chandigarh.
This role is ideal for candidates who have good analytical skills, attention to detail, basic Excel knowledge, and an interest in data management and reporting. The selected candidate will support the existing MIS team in preparing reports, maintaining data records, updating spreadsheets, and ensuring accurate information flow across departments.
Freshers from any educational background with basic computer skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the MIS team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Maintain and update data records in Excel and Google Sheets
- Compile, organize, and verify business and operational data
- Generate reports as per management requirements
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of information in reports
- Assist in data cleaning, data entry, and record maintenance
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and updates
- Monitor report submissions and maintain reporting schedules
- Support management with basic analysis and performance tracking
- Maintain confidential business information and records
- Help improve reporting processes and data accuracy
- Perform administrative and MIS-related support tasks
Eligibility Criteria / Requirements
- Fresher / 0–1 year experience
- Any Graduate / BBA / B.Com / BA / BCA / B.Sc
- Computer knowledge required
- Basic understanding of MS Excel is mandatory
- Knowledge of Google Sheets and Email
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
- Good communication skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4th Saturday Off
