Job Title: Registration Executive
Company: SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta
Location: Pathanamthitta, Kerala

Job Summary

SS Hyundai, Pathanamthitta is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Registration Executive to handle vehicle registration processes and related documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of RTO procedures, document verification, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Process new vehicle registration and related RTO documentation.
Coordinate with customers for collection and verification of required documents.
Ensure timely submission and follow-up of registration applications.
Maintain accurate records of registration status and documentation.
Coordinate with sales, finance, and insurance departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries related to vehicle registration and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in vehicle registration, documentation, or automobile dealership operations preferred.
Knowledge of RTO procedures and vehicle registration processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
