*Job Title* : Purchase Executive (Supermarket Experience Required) *Company* : We Five Hypermarket *Location* : Koottanad, Cheruthuruthi,Pattambi *Working Hours* : 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM *Job Summary* We Five Hypermarket is seeking a motivated and experienced Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure the timely availability of products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in supermarket or hypermarket purchasing and possess strong negotiation and vendor management skills. *Key Responsibilities* * Source and purchase products as per company requirements. * Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers and vendors. * Compare prices and negotiate the best purchase rates. * Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment. * Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries. * Ensure timely receipt of goods and resolve supply-related issues. * Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation. * Coordinate with store and inventory teams for stock planning. * Analyze market trends and identify new suppliers and products. *Requirements* * Minimum 1 year of experience in supermarket/hypermarket purchasing. * Good knowledge of inventory and procurement processes. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, ERP systems preferred). * Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. *Compensation* * Salary will be based on experience and qualifications. *Benefits* * Professional work environment. * Career growth opportunities. * Training and development support.
