Job Title: SEO Specialist

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Location: Coimbatore (Work from office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled, analytical, and strategic SEO Specialist with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in driving measurable organic growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in traditional SEO, Technical SEO, Local SEO, and emerging trends such as Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).

This role requires a data-driven professional who understands search engine algorithms, AI-powered search experiences, and business objectives with proven success in improving rankings, increasing qualified organic traffic, and boosting conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop, execute, and continuously refine comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.

● Conduct advanced keyword research and topic clustering aligned with user intent, search behavior, and AI-driven search patterns.

● Implement on-page SEO strategies including metadata optimization, content structuring, semantic keyword optimization, internal linking, and schema enhancements.

● Perform technical SEO analysis and improvements, including site speed, mobile responsiveness, crawling and indexing issues, sitemap and robots.txt optimization, and schema implementation.

● Monitor and optimize websites for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) to improve visibility in AI-generated search results and conversational search platforms.

● Implement AIE (AI Engine Optimization) strategies to enhance content discoverability across AI-powered search engines and answer engines.

● Conduct backlink audits, competitor backlink analysis, and execute high-quality white-hat link-building strategies. Experience in Guest Post outreach and digital PR is an added advantage.

● Manage and optimize Local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile (formerly GMB), local citations, NAP consistency, and location-based keyword targeting.

● Collaborate closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in SEO with demonstrable results.

● Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, SEO best practices, and technical SEO.

● Solid knowledge of on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical optimization techniques.

● Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AIE (AI Engine Optimization) strategies to align with AI-powered search environments.

● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.

● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving AI-driven SERP features.

● Good understanding of business objectives and aligning SEO strategies to support them.

● Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities.

● Content writing and optimization skills are a plus.

● Proven experience managing Local SEO campaigns for international markets including Australia, the US, the UK, and Canada, with an understanding of region-specific search trends and ranking factors, will be a strong advantage.
