Web Developer Job DescriptionJob Title

Web Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have experience with front-end and back-end development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers, project managers, and other developers.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Create responsive designs that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with designers to implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs.
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues.
Integrate third-party APIs and services when required.
Ensure website security and data protection best practices.
Perform regular updates and maintenance of existing websites.
Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in:
HTML5
CSS3
JavaScript
Responsive Web Design
Experience with front-end frameworks such as:
React
Angular
Vue.js
Knowledge of back-end technologies such as:
Node.js
PHP
Laravel
Familiarity with databases such as:
MySQL
MongoDB
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Understanding of web security principles and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications
