Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (FMCG Oil)

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Pitampura, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience- 2-5 year

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in the FMCG/Edible Oil industry. This is a desk-based (office) sales role where the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with dealers, processing sales orders, ensuring smooth dispatch planning, following up on payments, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience working with dealer networks, and the ability to coordinate with internal departments for seamless order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers, and VP dealers for daily order booking.
Generate sales orders and ensure timely order confirmation.
Follow up with customers for dispatch schedules and delivery status.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams.
Regularly follow up on outstanding payments and account reconciliations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and resolve routine queries.
Update customer records, order status, and sales activities in ERP/office systems.
Prepare daily sales reports, pending order reports, dispatch reports, and payment follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly business targets.
Ensure timely communication with customers regarding stock availability and dispatch timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of customer orders and sales records.
Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in dealer coordination and customer handling.
Knowledge of order processing, dispatch planning, and payment follow-up.
Comfortable working on ERP systems, MS Excel, and other office software.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
Good analytical and reporting skills.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com/BBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Coordination, or Sales Support.
Experience in FMCG, preferably Edible Oil, Food Products, or Consumer Goods, is mandatory.
Candidates from edible oil manufacturing or trading companies will be preferred.
