Telecaller – Business Development Recruitment

About the Role

Atelier is looking for energetic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to identify and approach potential Business Development Executives (BDs) and convince them to join Atelier.

You will communicate with professionals and business owners from segments such as land brokers, car/bike showrooms, hotels, resorts, and other relevant businesses, explain the BD opportunity, and convert interested candidates into active BDs.

This is a target-oriented role with an attractive incentive structure—the more BDs you successfully onboard, the more you can earn.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential Business Development candidates.
Contact people associated with:
Land/property brokerage
Car and bike showrooms
Hotels and resorts
Other relevant businesses and professionals
Explain Atelier's Business Development opportunity clearly and professionally.
Understand the candidate's interest and answer basic questions about the role.
Convince suitable prospects to become Business Development Executives.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into successful BDs.
Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for successful BD onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential BDs.

Incentive Structure

Earn ₹100 for every BD you successfully convince and onboard.

There is no fixed limit on your incentive earnings.

For example:

10 BDs = ₹1,000 incentive
25 BDs = ₹2,500 incentive
50 BDs = ₹5,000 incentive
100 BDs = ₹10,000 incentive

The more BDs you close, the more you earn.

Candidate Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Gujarati communication skills will be an advantage.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and follow up consistently.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Telecalling, sales, recruitment, or business development experience is an advantage.
