Ecolab is searching for a driven Senior Motion Graphics & Video Specialist within our Marketing Services division in Pune, India. This role is responsible for translating marketing objectives into compelling visual designs and experiences across print and digital channels.
As a member of the Creative Services team, you will use design principles, technologies, and techniques to create engaging visual concepts, ensure brand consistency and deliver high-impact visual solutions for print and digital channels that elevate storytelling and drive business outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with BU/Divisional Marcomm, Brand and digital teams to create engaging, client-centric design solutions that convey a compelling visual story while contributing to Marketing Services process excellence and continuous improvement.

Lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality videos, including storyboarding, editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery aligned with brand guidelines and project briefs.
Conceptualize and produce engaging 2D/3D animations, explainers, promos, intros, and visual effects using industry standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate).
Transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives that support marketing, product, and internal communication goals.
Work closely with marketing, product, creative, and cross functional teams to understand requirements, present concepts, align on direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
Produce a variety of video formats such as social media clips, training modules, event videos, product demos, teasers, and campaign content optimized for multiple platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Film Production, Digital Media, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
8–10 years of professional experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics within a creative, marketing, or production environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related video/animation tools.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, frame rates, color grading, sound design, and production workflows.
