Data Analyst cum MIS (Google Apps Script Expert) Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst cum MIS (Google Apps Script Expert) to join our team in Raipur. In this role, you will play a critical part in leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data analysis, management information systems, and proficiency in Google Apps Script, empowering our organization to enhance its data-driven strategies.

As a Data Analyst cum MIS (Google Apps Script Expert), you will collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, generate meaningful insights, and create comprehensive reports. Your contributions will directly impact key business decisions, helping to foster a culture of informed decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities:

Collect, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Google Apps Script.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-related insights for strategic planning.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy across various systems and reports.
Design and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation in data management.
Create and distribute regular reports to stakeholders highlighting key business metrics.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making processes and business initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Expertise in Google Apps Script and familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
Solid understanding of data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
Experience in managing databases and performing data quality checks.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Experience with SQL or other database query languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
