Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities to achieve production targets.
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely completion.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and production procedures.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Stores, Packaging, and other departments for smooth production operations.
Monitor product quality according to approved specifications and applicable standards.
Allocate manpower and ensure optimum utilization of machines, materials, and resources.
Supervise, train, guide, and evaluate production team members.
Maintain discipline and ensure proper attendance and shift management.
Identify production problems, delays, breakdowns, and process deviations and take appropriate corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production reports, batch records, logbooks, and other required documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace safety within the production area.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Minimize production losses, wastage, rejection, and downtime.
Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Report daily production status, issues, and performance to the Production Manager.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
