Full job description

Position Summary :-

The Quality Systems Manager will provide quality systems, documentation, and compliance support to Company operations in the United States. This role is responsible for maintaining quality management system documentation, preparing customer quality documentation, supporting ERP quality processes, and ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company quality requirements.

The position serves as an extension of the US Quality and Product Management teams, helping improve quality systems, documentation, process compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibility :-

support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with company and customer requirements.

Prepare and review quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Manufacturing Record Books (MRBs), First Article Inspection (FAI) packages, Certificates of Conformance (COCs), and Material Test Reports (MTRs).

Support Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementation and document control.

Review customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.

Maintain quality records and ensure document accuracy and traceability.

Support supplier quality documentation and customer document submittals

Assist with supplier audits, evaluation, and re-evaluation.

Assist with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), and root cause investigations.

Support internal and external quality audits.

Assist with calibration records, quality metrics, and KPI reporting.

Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

Support ERP quality data, master data accuracy, and quality-related process improvements.

Identify opportunities to improve quality systems, documentation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :-

Education

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Experience

5-8 Year experience in quality systems, quality engineering, manufacturing, or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting Quality Management Systems and quality documentation.

Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, or similar.

Experience reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing documentation.

Skills

Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and manufacturing documentation.

Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (required).

Knowledge of API Q1, API Spec 6A, and API Spec 16D (preferred).

Strong understanding of document control, traceability, and quality records.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with US-based engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
