About Us

Bay Providors Global is part of an international ship chandling business supplying provisions, technical stores, and marine consumables to vessels calling at ports across New Zealand and Australia. Our India office supports sourcing, supplier coordination, and back-office operations for our global business.

About the Role

We are looking for a Accountant cum Office Staff to join our Kurukshetra office. This is a hybrid role combining day-to-day accounting responsibilities with general office administration and coordination support, ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounts, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, supplier invoices, and expense records
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for documentation, pricing, and order confirmations
Support other office staff with documentation and correspondence
Handle general office administration — filing, data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping
Liaise with the overseas (Australia/NZ) team on accounting and operational matters
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings as required
Maintain basic MIS reports and support management with data as needed

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or an office administration role (experience in trading, export/import, or logistics industries preferred but not essential)
Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic accounting principles
Good written and spoken English, given regular coordination with our overseas team
Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
Based in or willing to work from Kurukshetra, Haryana
