About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Email Support, you will be responsible for responding to customer queries primarily through email, ensuring accurate, well-written, and timely resolutions. The role requires strong written communication in English and Hindi, attention to detail, and comfort working with CRM and contact center systems in a controlled, work-from-office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain an average typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy

Follow process instructions, quality guidelines, and response timelines consistently
Work with internet-based tools and applications to resolve customer concerns
Maintain professionalism, data accuracy, and service consistency in all interactions

Job Requirements:

Education

Completion of XII from a recognized board

Experience & Skills

Fresher or 1–2 years of relevant customer support experience
Strong written communication skills in English (CEFR Level B1 accuracy)
Ability to understand and communicate in Hindi and English
Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and system navigation
Comfortable working with laptops/desktops and internet-based applications
Ability to work with hosted CRM, telephony, and contact center tools
