Full job description

We are looking for a results-driven Client Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of the complete client acquisition process — from identifying prospects and generating leads to building relationships, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.

The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, target-oriented, and comfortable communicating with domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and grow the sales pipeline.
Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Research prospects and understand their business, industry, challenges, and technology requirements.
Initiate conversations with decision-makers and qualify leads based on business potential.
Present EligoCS's web development, software development, digital solutions, and other IT services to prospective clients.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Handle objections and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual client acquisition and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, proposals, follow-ups, and closures in the CRM/PMS.
Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate understanding of requirements before closing.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with newly acquired clients.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business after acquisition.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on pipeline and revenue performance.

Required Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
Proven ability to generate and convert leads.
Strong understanding of B2B sales and client acquisition.
Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Ability to handle objections and close deals.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable using LinkedIn, email outreach tools, CRM/PMS, MS Office/Google Workspace, and other sales tools.
Basic understanding of IT services, web development, software development, or digital marketing is preferred.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Client Acquisition, Business Development, B2B Sales, IT Sales, Account Management, or a similar role.

Experience in selling IT/web development/software services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
