Full job description

Responsible for researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining client relationships. Involves coordination between the technical team and clients throughout the development life cycle.

Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification, and classification.

Mapping territory and identifying opportunities for growth.

Going on field to identify prospects and gather information on product viability, challenges, roadblocks, and competitors.

Reaching out to new customers and demonstrating solutions while outlining features and benefits.

Maintaining relationships with all potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets by converting non-buying members to buying members.

Frequent travel across India.

Ensuring timely reporting.

Proposal making.

Client communication.

Coordination between the technical team and client.

Reporting to management for work progress.

Involvement in the whole development life cycle.

Quality check of the project.

Responsible for getting business through different channels (Elance, Guru, Odesk, Email Marketing, etc.) for IT services.

Target oriented.

Understanding project requirements, project analysis, and documentation.

Knowledge of preparing business proposals, RFQ, and RFI.

Explaining work scope of the project.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Well versed in presentations and write-up functions.

Self-motivated and diligent in execution.

Capable of formulating, delegating, and implementing marketing strategies.

Aspirational attitude towards the organization.

Experience with bidding sites like Elance and Guru, lead generation, client interaction, negotiation, and coordination with the technical team.

Must be able to create proposals and respond to leads.

Understanding of SEO/web services such as website/application development and ability to explain these to clients.

Strong marketing skills and expertise in social media.

Ability to work individually and within a team.

Actively upgrading knowledge of trends and sharing with the team.

Good team player and cooperative.

Professional approach to assigned tasks with strict adherence to timelines.
