Job Title: STEAM Trainer (PTC Robomax Program)
Location: Bawana New Delhi

Role Summary
The STEAM Trainer will be the face of the PTC Robomax Program within our partner schools. You will be responsible for delivering high-energy, hands-on sessions that simplify complex technical concepts for students. Your goal is to inspire curiosity and guide students through the building and programming of robotic systems, electronic circuits, and creative STEAM projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Instructional Delivery & Training:
- Deliver engaging, activity-based lessons on Robotics, Coding (Scratch/Python), Arduino, IoT, and 3D Printing.
- Conduct hands-on workshops where students build, test, and troubleshoot their own robotic models.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit various age groups (Primary to Senior Secondary).
2. Curriculum & Lab Management:
- Implement the PTC Robomax curriculum effectively while providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain and manage the school’s STEAM/Robotics lab equipment, ensuring all kits and tools are in working order.
- Organize and lead internal school competitions, exhibitions, and "Robo-fests."
3. Student Mentorship:
- Mentor students for national and international robotics competitions.
- Track and document student progress, providing regular reports to school coordinators and PTC management.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative "maker" environment in the classroom.
4. Stakeholder Coordination:
- Act as a bridge between PTC Circle and the partner school administration.
- Conduct orientation sessions for parents and teachers to demonstrate the impact of the Robomax program.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech (ECE, CSE, ME, IT) or BCA/MCA. Candidates with a strong hobbyist background in electronics are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: * Basic knowledge of electronic components (sensors, motors, microcontrollers).
- Familiarity with platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or LEGO Mindstorms.
- Proficiency in block-based coding (Scratch) or text-based coding (Python/C++).
- Soft Skills: * Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)..
