Job Summary
We are looking for an Hindi speaking experienced International Recruiter Specialist with a strong background in blue-collar recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for roles such as technicians, welders, electricians, plumbers, drivers, helpers, construction workers, and other skilled/semi-skilled manpower requirements. The candidate must be proficient in using job portals and possess strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and skilled workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate follow-ups and manage the joining process.
- Travel as required for recruitment drives, job fairs, client meetings, and field hiring activities.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Proven experience hiring for construction, manufacturing, engineering, facility management, logistics, or similar industries.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Apna, WorkIndia, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics.
Required Skills
- Fluent communication in English and Hindi (Mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel for recruitment activities and hiring drives.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience in GCC/UAE recruitment will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry Experience: Construction, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, Facility Management, Logistics, Infrastructure, and Industrial Projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
