Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Principal Consultant/SME with extensive expertise in SAP technical consulting. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions within SAP environments.

Strategic Leadership:

Contribute to the development of the overall strategy for the consultingorganization.
The candidate should have experience in a support role, specifically in migration to RISE with SAP S/4HANA, includes providing assistance throughout the migration process and post-migration support.
Engagement:
- Engage with a strategic level to understand their businessobjectives and align solutions accordingly. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on industry bestpractices and emerging trends.
Solution Architecture:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex solutions. Ensure that the system architecture aligns with the long-termbusiness goals.
Business Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for business process optimization and efficiency improvements . Guide in transforming their business processes.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee and ensure the quality of implementations. Conduct reviews and audits to maintain high standards.
Project Governance:
- Establish and enforce project governance standards. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide mentorship to junior and senior consultants. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions.
Risk Management:
- : Identify and mitigate risks associated with projects.
- Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams. Facilitate knowledge transfer to ensure that the team can effectively manage and maintain the solution.
Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
- Contribute to the development of methodologies and best practices.
Change Management:
- Play a key role in change management processes associated withimplementations

ABAP Development:
- Proficient in ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming), whichis SAP's programming language.
- Develop and customize reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements,and forms (RICEF objects).
Customization and Configuration:
- Customize SAP applications to meet requirements.
- Configure SAP modules and components based on business needs.
Data Migration:
- Develop and execute data migration strategies to transfer data fromlegacy systems to SAP. Ensure data quality and integrity during migration processes.
Integration:
- Work on integrating SAP modules with other applications and systems. Use tools such as SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Process Orchestration)for seamless data flow.
SAP Fiori/UI5 Development:

SAP HANA:
