Job Purpose
We are looking for an experienced BI Architect with strong expertise in Power BI, Tableau, SQL to support BI engagements.
Job Description
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data engineers, stakeholders, and IT teams to create interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- 5+ years of experience as BI Architect
- Involves data modeling, ETL processes, and ensuring data accuracy while staying updated with advancements to optimize analytics capabilities.
- Participates in rapid prototyping and POC development efforts.
- Advances overall enterprise technical architecture (BI) and implementation best practices.
- Assists in efforts to develop and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
- Participates in iteration and release planning.
- Informs efforts to develop and refine functional and non-functional requirements.
- Demonstrates knowledge of, adherence to, monitoring and responsibility for compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as they pertain to this position.
- Strong ability to produce high-quality, properly functioning deliverables the first time.

- Deep understanding of one or more source/version control systems. Develops branching and merging strategies
- Working understanding of Web API, REST, JSON.
- Experience in unit testing.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required, and/or a minimum of four (4) + related work experience.

- Solid SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD for data solutions.
