MERN Stack Faculty / Trainer

Job Title: MERN Stack Faculty / Trainer
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate MERN Stack Faculty/Trainer to provide training in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training sessions on MERN Stack technologies.
Guide students in developing real-time web applications and projects.
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and project reviews.
Assist students in debugging and problem-solving.
Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
Support students in interview preparation and placement activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Required Skills

Knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and database management.
Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Freshers with strong MERN Stack knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Prior internship or project experience in MERN Stack development will be an added advantage.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
