Performance Marketer – Google & Meta Ads + SEO Specialist

Location: Kerala, Trivandrum (Preferred)
Experience: Minimum 1+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing digital marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a good understanding of SEO, analytics, conversion tracking, and AI-powered marketing tools.

This is an opportunity to work with a leading digital marketing company serving clients across India, USA, and UAE, where you will work on challenging campaigns, take ownership of performance, and grow your career.

Important: We are not hiring freshers, interns, or candidates without relevant experience. Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience is mandatory, and candidates must have a valid experience certificate.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
Monitor conversions, ROI, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other key performance metrics
Develop performance marketing strategies based on campaign objectives
Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies
Track and analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce acquisition costs
Work closely with creative and content teams to improve campaign results
Have a good working knowledge of SEO, including on-page SEO, keyword research, technical SEO basics, and organic growth strategies
Stay updated with the latest changes and best practices across Google, Meta, SEO, and digital advertising
Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, content creation, campaign strategy, reporting, and overall marketing efficiency

AI Skills – Required

Strong practical knowledge of AI tools and AI-assisted workflows is required
Hands-on knowledge of leading AI platforms such as Claude, Google Gemini, Perplexity, and other relevant AI tools
Ability to use AI for:
Market and competitor research
Keyword and audience research
Ad copy and content creation
Campaign strategy and planning
Data analysis and reporting
Marketing automation and workflow optimization
Creative ideation and performance improvement
Candidates should be comfortable learning and adopting new AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and marketing performance

Requirements

Minimum 1+ years of relevant hands-on experience is mandatory
Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads – Must
Good understanding of SEO and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms
Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions
Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and reporting is preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to independently manage campaigns and take responsibility for results
Willingness to learn, experiment, test new strategies, and continuously improve performance
Candidates must have a valid experience certificate
