Client Onboarding Assistant – EAX Media
Location: Hiranandani Estate, Thane, Maharashtra
Shift Timing: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST

About the Role:
EAX Media is looking for a Client Onboarding Assistant to support the client onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience for new clients. This role involves coordinating with clients, managing onboarding documentation, tracking onboarding progress, and assisting the team with operational and administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a smart and professional personality, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Coordinate with clients through email, phone calls, and meetings
- Collect, verify, and maintain client information and documentation
- Track onboarding progress and ensure all onboarding steps are completed on time
- Maintain onboarding records, spreadsheets, and internal databases
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client setup and activation
- Follow up with clients regarding pending requirements and documentation
- Handle day-to-day operational and administrative support tasks
- Ensure a professional and positive onboarding experience for clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Onboarding, Operations, Administration, Account Coordination, or Client Management roles
- Excellent English communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- Smart, confident, and professional personality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication
- Ability to interact with clients professionally and build positive relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Must own a personal laptop and be comfortable using digital tools for daily operations
- Comfortable working from the office in Thane
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a client-facing or operations-focused role
- Exposure to onboarding processes, account coordination, or business operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
