About Cityflo

Cityflo is a daily commute company that provides a comfortable, stress-free travel

experience for corporate professionals, as an alternative to driving. With premium buses, a

simple app and caring customer service, our passengers get the luxury of time in their busy

schedules — where they can read their book, watch Netflix, nap or simply soak in the view of

the city. We're bringing joy back to commuting, and turning around urban traffic woes in a big

way.

Today, we run 1200 buses and log 60,000 daily bookings. After having established a strong

product-market fit and building a profitable business in Mumbai, we’ve expanded services to

Hyderabad, where the commute problem is as urgent and exciting. Over the next 2 years, we

plan to scale to 1000 buses and 100,000 daily bookings across both the cities.

What will you do?

We are looking for smart, passionate 1-3 years experienced QA engineers to join our

team. In this role, you will be taking complete ownership of quality for assigned areas

and leading efforts for the overall quality in collaboration/negotiation with engineers,

Product Managers and taking initiative to improve product quality coverage and

effectiveness.

Mobile testing on Android and iOS — cross-device, cross-OS-version, varied network

conditions. Familiar with OEM quirks and the App Store / Play Store release lifecycle.

Fluent with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) for generating test cases from PRDs and

Figma, producing edge cases, drafting automation, and triaging crashes and logs. Knows

when to verify AI output against the app, code, or spec.

Hands-on with Appium, Maestro, Playwright, Espresso, or XCUITest. Exposure to

AI-powered testing tools (testRigor, Mabl, Momentic, QA Wolf, BrowserStack AI) is a

plus.

Ability to debug problems in QA and Production environments and help isolate,debug

and resolve bugs.

Startup working style: ownership, comfort with ambiguity, willing to push back.
Willingness to build and lead the QA team, manage app releases.
Comfortable understanding requirements from PMs and deriving test

cases/scenarios/plans out of it with high coverage , testing the systems and

communicating issues/test results to cross functional teams early.

Experience in E2E testing, Backend testing, Regression, Exploratory testing
