Full job description

Job Location – Ambernath.

Education: Graduate / MBA

Experience - 3 to 5years

CTC Range – 3 to 4 LPA

Job Time - Monday to Saturday -09 am to 5:30 pm

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS

Good communication is compulsory

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Candidate's screening and assessment

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Should have basic HR knowledge with respect to attendance, time management and keeping track of attendance report and leave record.
Should have experience in Recruitment , screening of candidates, conducting telephonic interview, arranging interview schedule and follow-up with candidates, encouraging employees for referral, maintain interview tracker for database and record.
Issuing of offer letter and appointment letter, Scheduling and conducting induction program for new joiners. Providing information on HR and Admin activities and making familiar with business, formalities completion. Document verification, background verification, coordinating for IT Request and issuing the joining kit
Should be Flexible toward time of work Handling and managing data/records of every employee of the organization.
Getting involved in Payroll of Company in Excel preparing salary.
Calculation of employees Full & Final settlement and complete the formalities of the same.
On-boarding of New Employees with joining formalities
Responsible for Exit interview and Exit formalities.
Prepare SOP / Process of each function HR/Admin department.
Implementing the HR Policies & to ensure that employees understand the same.
Rolling Annual performance appraisal system.
Looking after Pest Control Activities & checking Bills of Service Providers.
Updating leave records (SL, CL, PL, CO, OD). Coordinating with employees for discrepancies in attendance.
Coordinating with the guest. Arrangement of food and snacks. Coordination for transportation.
Other Administration related work as directed by HOD or Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
