Full job description

The interview process will include the following rounds:
1st: Personal Interview with HR.
2nd: Aptitude Test - Attention to Detail, Numerical & Data Analysis, Verbal, Reasoning.
3rd: Interview Round with HR Manager.
4th: Interview round with the HOD.

Training Period: 2 Months (Candidate will receive half salary during the training period). This is the maximum duration and may be reduced.
Probation Period: 6 Months (Candidate will receive full salary during the probation period).
Note: Rs. 1800/- PF & Rs. 200/- professional tax will be deducted from the full salary.

Upon selection, candidates will undergo one week of classroom-based process training followed by an assessment. Candidates who successfully clear the assessment will move to the operations floor. Those who fail the assessment will not continue in the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and company documents.
Support the preparation of Board Meeting and General Meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
Assist with filing statutory forms and returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Help ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and other applicable laws.
Maintain compliance calendars and track due dates for statutory filings.
Coordinate with internal departments, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Assist in preparing corporate resolutions and legal documentation.
Maintain organized records of licenses, approvals, and compliance documents.
Support internal and external audits related to secretarial compliance.
Perform other compliance and administrative duties assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) or CS Professional Programme completed.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, corporate governance, and ROC filings.
Good understanding of MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
