Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced *SEO Analyst* with 4+ years of hands-on experience in driving organic website growth through Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Content Strategy, and AI-powered search optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in modern SEO practices, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), Semantic SEO, and AI Search Optimization while keeping pace with Google's evolving search algorithms and AI-driven search platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Search Engine Optimization:
- Develop and execute Technical, On-Page, and Off-Page SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Conduct website audits and recommend SEO improvements.
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
2) AI Search & Content Optimization:
- Optimize websites for Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search platforms.
- Implement AEO, GEO, Entity SEO, Semantic SEO, and E-E-A-T best practices.
- Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly and AI-optimized content.
- Ensure proper implementation of Schema Markup and structured data.
3) Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor website performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Track keyword rankings, traffic, user behaviour, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous website optimization and growth.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Coordinate with developers for technical SEO implementation.
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams on SEO initiatives.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging AI search technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Any Graduate.
- Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Local SEO, and Content SEO.
- Experience in AEO, GEO, AI Search Optimization, Semantic SEO, and Entity SEO.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, and website optimization.
- Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity for SEO workflows.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying updated with the latest SEO and AI search trends.

Pay: ₹420,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
