The Role

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and internet-savvy Social Media Executive who can bring fresh ideas, execute quickly, and isn't afraid to experiment.

This isn't a "post three times a week" role.

You'll be brainstorming campaigns, creating content, managing client accounts, shooting reels, building social calendars, preparing pitch decks, coordinating with designers and clients, jumping on trends, and making brands impossible to ignore.

We're looking for someone who is curious, creative, organized, and genuinely excited about building brands online.

What You'll Do

· Manage multiple social media accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Facebook and emerging platforms.

· Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content including reels, carousels, stories, videos and static creatives.

· Build monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals, launches and campaigns.

· Create compelling social media strategies and presentation-ready pitch decks for clients and internal campaigns.

· Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, gather approvals and ensure smooth execution.

· Work closely with designers, content writers, video editors and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life.

· Conceptualize and shoot behind-the-scenes content, office culture videos, event coverage and live social media reels.

· Stay on top of trends, memes, platform updates and viral formats—and know when (and when not) to use them.

· Monitor comments, DMs and community interactions while maintaining each brand's tone of voice.

· Track performance metrics, prepare monthly reports and suggest improvements based on insights.

· Support influencer collaborations, employer branding initiatives, product launches and campaign activations.

· Ensure every piece of content reflects the brand's identity while keeping it relevant, engaging and fresh.

What We're Looking For

· 0–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and evolving social media trends.

· Basic knowledge of analytics, reporting and content performance metrics.

· Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite or similar platforms.

· Comfortable coordinating with clients and managing multiple deadlines.

· Ability to think creatively while executing with attention to detail.

· Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

· Comfortable being on camera when required.

· Basic presentation skills and experience creating client-facing decks is a plus.

· Experience with Canva, PowerPoint or Google Slides is an advantage.

· Bonus points if you know basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
