About the Role
The Premium Basket is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce & Quick Commerce Account Associate to manage day-to-day operations across E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have good coordination skills, platform understanding, and the ability to manage listings, inventory, and account operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms
- Coordinate and manage operations across multiple e-commerce, quick-commerce, and digital marketplace platforms. Monitor product listings, pricing, stock availability, and content updates
- Coordinate order processing, inventory updates, and dispatch tracking
- Maintain catalog accuracy and ensure timely product uploads
- Coordinate with operations teams for inventory planning and replenishment
- Track platform issues, claims, returns, and account-related escalations
- Monitor sales performance and prepare basic operational reports
- Coordinate with account managers and platform representatives for smooth operations
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, and marketplace activities
- Maintain proper documentation and operational records
- Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, operations, and marketplace teams
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of E-commerce and Quick Commerce operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Preferred Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, marketplace operations, or account management
- Experience in FMCG, D2C, food, gifting, or consumer brands preferred
- Familiarity with leading e-commerce, quick-commerce, and digital marketplace operations platforms preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
Salary
- ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise)
