Mega Lifesciences is looking for a Video Content Producer to work closely with the Head of Content in a dynamic, creative environment that offers ample opportunities to shape how health and wellness stories are told across global markets.

Job Summary

As a Video Content Producer, your key responsibilities include:

Owning the entire video production process—from ideation and scripting to production and final delivery.
Creating long-form storytelling content, including documentary-style and episodic formats, that captivates and educates audiences.
Guiding shoots with a strong sense of framing, composition, and narrative flow to ensure high-quality output.
Collaborating with cross-country teams to adapt content for diverse markets and cultural contexts.
Managing timelines, production workflows, and multiple content outputs to deliver projects on schedule without compromising quality.

Qualification & Experience

Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in video-first content creation.
Proven ability in storytelling and scripting across multiple formats.
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar platforms.
Access to a network of video editors, creators, scriptwriters, or production partners to scale output when required.
Interest in health, wellness, or educational content will be a strong advantage.
