Flutter Developer

Location: Trivandrum

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Flutter, Dart, state management, REST API integration, and mobile app architecture. The candidate will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver scalable and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Build responsive, reusable, and high-performance UI components.
Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and external services.
Implement clean architecture and maintain coding standards.
Manage application state using Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, or similar frameworks.
Debug, optimize, and improve application performance.
Collaborate with backend developers, QA teams, and designers.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Publish and maintain apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Ensure app security, scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart.
Experience in Android and iOS application development.
Good understanding of state management techniques.
Experience with REST APIs, JSON parsing, and asynchronous programming.
Familiarity with Firebase services such as Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, and Analytics.
Knowledge of Git version control.
Understanding of mobile app architecture patterns like MVC, MVVM, or Clean Architecture.
Experience with third-party SDK integrations.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is an added advantage.

Additional Requirement

The ideal candidate should be flexible and adaptable to changing business needs. Based on project urgency and organizational requirements, the candidate may be expected to take on different responsibilities or switch roles within the development team when necessary. A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment are highly preferred.
