As a GRC Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, customising, and deploying Corporater’s GRC solutions to help organisations manage risk, ensure compliance, and strengthen governance, making a real difference for our clients.
You’ll collaborate with business leaders, compliance teams, and IT stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory adherence.
This is a client-facing role that involves working with global enterprises across the Middle East, Europe, and beyond, requiring both technical expertise and strong consulting skills. We will accommodate any visas required.
Lead requirements gathering workshops with clients to understand their governance, risk, and compliance needs.
Analyse business processes and regulatory requirements to design GRC workflows and automation strategies.
Configure Corporater’s Business Management Platform to support risk management, policy enforcement, internal audit, and regulatory compliance.
Develop custom workflows, dashboards, and business rules based on client requirements.
Ensure solutions are designed to scale and integrate seamlessly with enterprise IT ecosystems (e.g., ERP, IAM, ITSM, Data Analytics).
Provide technical leadership in aligning solution design with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOX, PCI-DSS).
Customise GRC modules and workflows to fit specific business use cases.
Implement role-based access control (RBAC), risk assessments, and compliance-tracking systems.
Design and configure risk heatmaps, KPI reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Develop data connectors and API integrations to enable seamless data exchange between Corporater’s platform and enterprise systems.
Optimise system performance, security, and usability through best practices in deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solution implementation and configuration.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing clients with GRC best practices and compliance strategies.
Lead end-to-end solution deployments, from initial planning to post-go-live support.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with business users and make any necessary refinements.
Ensure clients maximise adoption of the platform by aligning solutions with their strategic goals.
Maintain detailed documentation of implementation steps, configurations, and best practices.
Develop user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles to support clients.
Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure smooth adoption.
Provide post-implementation support to troubleshoot issues and fine-tune configurations.
Continuously improve implementation methodologies to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Stay informed about emerging GRC regulations, risk management trends, and best practices in compliance.
Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing by documenting best practices and lessons learned from projects.
Work closely with Corporater’s Product and Engineering teams to provide feedback for platform enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience implementing GRC solutions (e.g., Corporater, RSA Archer, MetricStream, ServiceNow GRC, OneTrust, or similar).
Strong understanding of risk management & compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR, PCI-DSS).
Hands-on experience in workflow automation, business rules configuration, and role-based access control.
Technical expertise in API-based integrations, SQL databases, and reporting tools.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with cloud-based GRC solutions.
Familiarity with third-party risk management, IT risk, or internal audit frameworks.
Working knowledge of data analytics, AI-driven risk assessment, or regulatory compliance automation.
