Job Description: The Administrative and Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for managing office operations and enhancing our online presence. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills and a flair for digital communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and office supply inventory.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments,
- Assist with general administrative tasks.
- Maintain organized and accurate records and files.
- Data entering
Social Media Duties:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance and trends.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles and social media management.
- Proficiency in G-suite , and social media platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or relevant field.
