Full job description

1. Support Branch Operations

Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch activities.
Ensure branch processes follow company policies and procedures.
Monitor branch discipline, records, and documentation.

2. Loan Portfolio Management

Supervise loan disbursement and repayment activities.
Monitor overdue accounts and collection performance.
Ensure proper customer verification and loan utilization.

3. Team Supervision

Guide and support CROs, field officers, and collection staff.
Conduct staff meetings and field monitoring.
Help train new employees and improve team productivity.

4. Collection & Recovery Monitoring

Track EMI collections and recovery status.
Support staff in handling difficult collection cases.
Maintain portfolio quality and reduce NPA/PAR levels.

5. Customer Relationship Management

Resolve customer complaints and field issues.
Maintain good relationships with borrower groups.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

6. Business Development

Help achieve branch loan disbursement targets.
Support customer acquisition and market expansion.
Identify new business opportunities in nearby areas.

7. Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in audits and compliance checks.
Update MIS and operational data accurately.

8. Field Monitoring

Visit customer locations and center meetings.
Verify staff field activities and customer interactions.
Monitor repayment behavior and loan usage.
