Full job description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RMA Supervisor to manage end-to-end returns and reverse logistics operations in our warehouse. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer returns, product inspection, inventory reconciliation, and team supervision, especially for 3C and small home appliances in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Returns & RMA Operations

Manage the complete RMA process: return request → receiving → inspection → disposition.
Verify the all the return document and share daily basic to account team.
Ensure timely processing of returns (TAT adherence)
Handle bulk B2B returns and identify root causes

2. Quality Check & Product Evaluation

Supervise QC team to inspect returned products (functional / damaged / resale condition)
Classify products (resalable / repair / scrap)
Coordinate with procurement/vendors on defective products.
Claim knowledge required on FK portal , Amazon SC , Amazon VC portal.

3. Inventory & System Management

Ensure accurate system entry in WMS / ERP for all returned goods
Maintain reverse inventory and avoid stock discrepancies
Coordinate with warehouse team for proper storage and segregation

4. Team Management

Handle and supervise RMA / QC team (5–15 members)
Allocate tasks, monitor productivity, and provide training
Ensure SOP compliance and process discipline

5. Data Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports using MS Excel .
Track key metrics: Return Rate; Processing TAT;Defect Rate
Analyze return reasons and provide improvement suggestions

6. Cross-functional Coordination

Work closely with: Customer Support (for return cases); Warehouse Operations; Finance (refund / credit note); Procurement / Vendors

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations / Returns / Reverse Logistics
Experience in B2B environment preferred
Experience handling electronics / 3C / appliances is a strong plus
Good understanding of QC / inspection process and Inventory management
Hands-on experience with MS Excel (mandatory) and WMS / ERP systems
Team handling experience preferred
Good communication skills (English)

Preferred Profile

Candidates from warehouse / fulfillment centers
Experience in handling bulk returns / vendor returns
Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset
