Full job description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive (Renewable Energy Solutions)

Location: Udupi/Mangalore District Karnataka (Initial 3 Months Work From Home) Role Type: Full-Time (Subject to successful completion of probation)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Renewable Energy Sales division in Udupi. If you are a high-energy closer who can confidently turn every client inquiry into a confirmed sale, we want you on our team. You will be responsible for driving the adoption of solar solutions, educating potential clients, and consistently hitting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Aggressively follow up on leads and convert customer inquiries into successful sales.
Educate residential and commercial clients on the benefits of switching to Renewable energy.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide excellent pre-sales and post-sales communication to clients.

Candidate Profile

The Closer Mindset: You must possess exceptional persuasion skills and a proven ability to close deals.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages Required: Must be highly fluent in Kannada, Tulu, Hindi, and English.
Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently from home during the initial phase.

Education & Qualifications

Minimum requirement: 10+2 (PUC), Diploma, or Any Bachelor’s Degree.
Prior experience in sales (especially in solar, real estate, or high-ticket items) is a strong advantage, but ambitious freshers with a knack for selling are welcome.

IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS (Please Read Carefully Before Applying)

This role is designed for confident sales professionals who back their ability to sell. Please review our compensation structure closely:

Probation Period: 3 Months.
Probation Work Setup: Work From Home.
Probation Pay Structure: There is NO FIXED SALARY during the 3-month probation period. Your earnings will be 100% Commission/Incentive-based on the sales you close.
Post-Probation Salary: Upon successfully achieving your assigned sales targets during the 3-month probation, you will be on boarded as a permanent employee with a fixed salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month + Additional Sales Incentives.
Allowances: Other standard company allowances will be provided as applicable.
